Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and use customer client files
  • Customer contact through telephone, scheduling appointments and demo card mailings
  • Product knowledge from schools, brochures and product labels
  • Conduct makeover/skin care consultation demonstration per line requirements
  • Maintain merchandise/image standards with company/vendor guidelines
  • Maintain cosmetic hygiene practices when working with customers
  • Achieve all sales and credit goals

    Qualifications:

  • Six months in current position
  • 1 – 2 years of sales or equivalent experience
  • Likes to sell, high energy, great communication skills
  • Open availability
  • Performance evaluation of good or better
  • No formal level of discipline
